Day 01
Reception in  Cajamarca city. Breakfast.
Transfer to the Inca complex, where you can have a refreshing and medicinal thermal bath in his extraordinary and healing hot waters. Transfer to the La Encañada Community, enjoying the beauty of the landscape and knowing the guidelines, rules and some important farmers´ idiosyncratic characteristics, to initiate a total and fraternal coexistence, and that the tourist should have to consider during his stay. Reception by the farmers and begin the lodgement in the houses from where we will begin the great adventure of sociocultural encounter and interchange.
In the afternoon
After the lodgement and first contacts, the "almuerzo de las 12" hour is programmed (noon lunch). Between the farmers, laborers and sheep breeders, lunch time is very importa nt activity and it always is within a strong ritual context. The farmer chews slowly and calmly the divine "Cancha" that combines with the "Chochoca" soup, potatoes and the mountain rocoto, along with the beas and the peeled barley, all these exquisities, of the Andenculinarie art, are made in a round table without legs, in a circle, seated in the ground where all share foods watching itself at the eyes. This can be brightened up by some dances honoring the harvest, the rain or the seedtime according to the stations. The tourist will be able to also sing and to dance his own manifestations.
The 7:00 pm dinner It´s the farmer´s supper where the whole family meets and talks about the tasks of the day, the profits, the problems and what they will have to prepare for the next day. Within our program of Experience Tours, this meal will be useful to share totally the farmer´s cultural manifestations, his cosmogonic vision of the world, his identity as a farmer opposed to the city, to his extinguished language, quechua, that they also reject totally, its hopes and yearnings that will be reflected through their music and dances, those that will be corresponded by the tourists who also sing and dance. Spend the night.

DIA 02
We will get up with the song of the rooster, to excite the hens with their complaining cackling because of the egg harvesting that we will make, while the women prepare the typical mountain breakfast, so abundant, so healthy and exquisite.
This breakfast also is propitious to know closer the native customs, the origin of their foods, the social behavior and its life expectancies. Also we´ll talk about the agricultural tasks, of the artisan works and the breeding activities as well, that will be made, together, during the day, like: potato, oca, beans, barley, and maize seeding, , as well as to take care of birds, pigs, guinea pigs, lambs, or to participate in the artisan and communal works. The tourists will be able to participate in the sowing of vegetables, and other products in "The Tourist Orchards" that soon will feed the ones that will come later, so the tourist will seed his own foods.
“Noon Lunch” It will have, of course a different menu from the first day, can include a fried guinea pig, green potato soup, or delicious pig´s "chicharrones" with potato and "huacatay" cream. After this you will have a well deserved and relaxing rest with the landscape sightseeing and the "feeling" of the pure air, appreciating the deep blue mountain sky, bonding with the nature in a great spiritual peace. Taking advantage of this extasis, the tourist will be able to appreciate the textile, artisan, and architectonic abilities of the encañadino and to present also his own abilities in these arts with which you will contribute and receive, in close and a truly intensely existential interchange, new knowledge and new emotions.
Thereafter we will organize a mystical Ritual to honor the sacred "Apus", (hills and mountains) Andean ancestral Gods that could not have been extinguished in the farmer´s soul in spite of the western religious domination, that the farmers have adapted and combined to their own sacred vision. After lunch, will come the "Chacchar" hour, where you can chew the sacred coca leaf that always is accompanied with a strong ritual, "cañazo" (a cane liquor), cigarettes and some songs and auguries. Then stories, legends, myths and traditions, as well as jokes will be told by farmers who usually are of a wonderful and ingenuous sense of humour. Spend the night.

Day 03 
Again we will get up with the rooster song and will run to excite hens, steal their eggs for breakfast; all of these accompanied by delicious ocas, hot potatoes and the delicious "Cushal" of peas, maize or barley.
We will then enroute towards the lagoon of Chalhuagón, located 2 hours away from the Enacañada Community and where we will take a boat ride, have lunch based on trouts and salads and soon we will be put under a spell of purification by shamans of the zone. We will be able to seed our "Tree of the Eternal Return", in hills and spaces that the communities farmers wish to reforest to improve their ecosystem.
After lunch, we will make the return to the houses, crossing small villages by the river and filling us of the indescriptible force of the Andes , its impressive landscape, its clear and clean waters, and its dry and his life-giving climate.
When arriving we will help with the afternoon tasks, gather the bundles, lock up the cattle, feed the guinea pigs and hens and other home activities that the farmers make without rest, nor truce but make of them an attractive and fascinating experience. Before the 7:00 pm dinner, all the participants will meet, hosts and tourists in a single communal supper, where new dances and songs and some memories will be interchanged. Promises will be made, to maintain a constant communication in order to establish the brotherhood between men with the delightful Andean world. Spend the night.

Day 04
This it is the last breakfast that we will have with our unforgettable hosts. It will be something special. A tasteful hen cushal, cancha, chicharrones, black pudin and delicious sausages with hot potatoes stew called "ajiaco" and maybe some sweeten ocas. The goodbye ceremony is free to be made with all the manifestations of love, brotherhood and solidarity that the experience has managed to cause.
Immediately we will visit the Combayo windows, hallucinating necropolis in perfect state of conservation. Then we will go to the Otuzco windows located in the Cajamarca valley, to then visit the Inca´s Baths, where we will have lunch in some good restaurant of the place. After this, we will begin the return to the city of Cajamarca , where we will have an interesting City tour to know its matchless churches, the Inca Atahualpa Rescue Room, museums and the monumental cultural square of the beautiful Cajamarca.
Transfer to the bus station where we will take the bus to return to the city of Lima .
