Day 01
Tour, where we will be able to appreciate the main attractionsof the city  like the "Señor de la Soledad" church, the City Square , the Regional Museum of Huaraz and its traditional districts : Belen, Centenario, San Francisco and Huarupampa, that still maintain their attractive, enchantments and originality.
Later we will go to Vicos, not without before making a short stop in the Marcará town, located at 25 km (15.535 miles) from the city of Huaraz, where it starts the side track to the Chancos thermal and medicinal baths, where we can enjoy these natural Saunas, whose hot waters come from the rocks and are highly healing , that are recommended for the cure of skin diseases, reumatism, asthma and other afections.
These surprising baths are about 3,5 km (2.175 miles) from Marcará and the same distance from Vicos.Nowadays they are administered by themselves . Lunch in Chancos  and in the afternoon, horse transfer towards the respective lodging house offered by the vicosina family, installation and beginning of the great adventure.
Our hostess of this great experience will offer us a big welcome with the typical music of the zone, while we enjoy the tasteful coca tea and the matchless beauty of the White Mountain range. Then we will help the members of the vicosina family to lock up the cattle.
At night we will bond ourselves with the mystery of the Andean landscape and will listen with attention to the stories and legends that the villagers will narrate, all of this mixed with the pleasure to rest under the starred beautiful sky, so typical in these free contamination zones.
Day 02
We will get up by the dawn to "chacchar" (chew) coca leaf, so necessary to undertake the tasks of the day, like cut the wheat with a good sickle, later to tie bundles that weigh up to 40 kilos (88.2 lbs) and carry them on the back , trough a winding way until we reach the place where they harrow it, beat it and then blow it, all to be compensated with a breakfast prepared by the woman farmer who will offer us fried bread, with honey and a hot cup of wheat coffee, that will give us energy to carry on with our agricultural activities of the day, like earth sowing.
Taking a break in this new activity, the host family will organize a delicious outdoors "pachamanca" for lunch, to share our mutual experiences,  By this way the farmer and the tourist could exchange their experiences.
After a small rest, we will participate in the textile activities, practiced by craftsmen dedicated to this labor for more than 18 years.
As the afternoon passes by, we will learn how to prepare the bread in a mud furnace, and the women will offer us the delicious "papakashki" (potatoes soup) or a beans cream, or simply taste the most famous "cachangas" with a comforting cup of coffee. Soon we will be able to make an optional nocturnal walk.
Day 03
After an early breakfast, we will make a long walk to the Deep Gorge, where we could appreciate the whole beauty of the White Mountain , where, there are a great number of snow peaks with more than 6000 mts (20000 feet) of altitude, aside from the variety of smaller peaks really  difficult for the andinists to reach. In order to renew energies, a picnic is already  prepared whose food consists of cooked  beans salad, cancha, chicha and herbal teas.
At the end of the tour we will return to the lodge where we will take a snack and rest.
Day 04
A very early traditional breakfast with the family, long walk to Ichicqueta, Viewpoint, Hornocuta and Píshcupunta; during the route a stop will be made to prepare a picnic and to enjoy the Happy Hour where we will share our experience in the previous days, finishing we will return to the lodge and finally we will take our bus to return to Huaraz City.
